As an award-winning printmaker, book artist, paper maker, designer, typographer, lettering artist and educator, Joey Hannaford has developed a broad creative practice and teaching philosophy that incorporates intentionally imperfect handmade/analog processes [lettering, letterpress printing, and drawing] into digital contexts. Joey presents widely at national and international conferences and has taught workshops in the US, Europe and Asia. Her work has been exhibited nationally and internationally in venues such as at the National Print Museum, Dublin, Ireland, Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge, England, and University of Notre Dame, Indiana.
